Keeping the property and office clean and tidy.Accepting payments and completing daily bank deposits.Working face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service and build excellent rapport with new and existing customers, while enhancing your customer service and sales skills and experience.Renting storage spaces & selling store merchandise.Reinforcing clear and aligned expectations, performance and accountability with all associates.Coaching and developing associate to maximize success and selling potential.Managing the day to day operations of the site.Previous customer service experience is a must. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years management and/or retail sales experience, along with strong multitasking abilities and prior training and coaching experience.
